1) How do I sign up for your website?
You can sign up by clicking on the Sign Up / Login link at the top right corner of the website. Once you sign up, you will be able to track your order status, check the order history, re-order any of the earlier products.
2) Ordering and Tracking:
• How do I know if my order is placed successfully?
As soon as we receive your order, we send you an email & sms confirming that your order has been placed. Usually you would receive the email within five minutes of placing the order. However, it may take up to an hour in a few rare cases. If you had placed the order successfully and did not receive any confirmation email, sms or phone.

3) How can I track the status of my order?
You can login to your account to track your order status.
• How long will it be before I receive my order?
Your order would normally be delivered within 3-10 business days depending on the location of the delivery address. In rare cases, there might be delays based on unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, totalhealthkare.com will proactively inform you about the delay and updated delivery
• What will be the mode of delivery?
The mode of delivery would be through courier. We have partnered with multiple courier providers for shipment of products and your order may be delivered through any one of them based on your location.
• I accidentally placed my order with an incorrect shipping address. What should I do?
In case of providing a wrong shipping address, please call our Customer Care immediately. If your order has not been shipped, the request for shipping address update can be accommodated easily. In case your order has already been packed and shipped, we will provide all assistance to help get your order to you. Please note that this might cause delay charges for you in the delivery time.

totalhealthkare.com understands that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products almost anywhere in India other than a few locations which our logistic partners do not serve. In such cases, we would ship through Speed Post only after confirming with the customer. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the your shipment’s destination. We usually get your shipment delivered within 3-10 business days of your placing the order on totalhealthkare.com.
Even though we try our best to ensure on-time delivery, there are certain conditions under which the delivery may get delayed:
• Incorrect shipping address
• Incorrect PIN code
• Nobody available at shipping address
• Extreme weather conditions
• Other Force Majeure
We send you a confirmation SMS / E mail once the order is shipped and another SMS / E mail when the order is delivered. In case you want to check the shipment status in-between, you can track your order by logging into your account,mailing us (or) reaching us by phone.

• What should I do if my payment fails?
In case your payment has failed please retry and ensure:
Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate ie. account details, billing address, password(in case of net banking).
Your internet connection is not disrupted during the payment process.
Do not click on Back or Refresh button during the payment process.
